The smith machine is adjustable to incline angles, very convenient to use.The only downside is it’s not ideal for lat pulldown and seated row exercises, so you’ll need to buy extra accessories separately.

It comes with multiple functions. It can be used for 3D hip bridges, lat pulldowns, seated rows and more.The smith mode can also be easily switched to a fixed smith. I customized it with a hand-polished color finish, and the texture is fantastic. Highly recommended. The only minor downside is the production lead time is about one month, plus shipping time. But the wait is totally worth it.
